Developing testing script

Developing a testing script for assessing each descriptor and distance measure.

1. it will have 20% of the dataset as test set
2. it will query images in the test set and:

• Compute accumulative confusion matrix
• See how you will compute the PR curve, AP, and MAP
• Check the validity of this approach
