can you run this on google collab if yes please guide me ..it would be very helpful f you can share the link of google colab

To properly run it; you would need to carefully check it out, my notebook is just quite messed up But if you run into some error do ask

I tried running your notebook. However you have used different versions of tensorflow which is a great mess. Can you update your codebase. This would be helpful.
