具体报错信息为：https://kyfw.12306.cn/otn/confirmPassenger/getPassengerDTOs: 请求响应异常，错误号：6，错误详情：SSL handshake failed: The host name did not match any of the valid hosts for this certificate

可能是查询或提交太频繁被12306封IP了，过半个小时到一个小时即可恢复
