AGCRN，PEMS08数据集的配置问题 #102

CFG.MODEL.PARAM中，embed_dim=2，是否写错了？我看其他数据集都是设置成10

我们采用的AGCRN默认设置，在其原始仓库中，PEMS08的embed_dim就是设置成了2，这个设置能带来更好的结果。
