Support for sending redirect #116

I couldn't find support for sending back a redirect when receiving a call
(there is support for receiving a redirect).

Could you please elaborate a bit more on what you are trying to archive? What's 
the scenario in terms of "redirect"?

I am trying to implement a flow where I can have multiple resources registered 
for a given JID and allow calls to be redirected to a specific resource based 
on user action or buisness logic, overriding the default behavior. (the term 
redirect refers to the libjingle specification "XEP-0166 Example 14. Responder 
redirection")
