What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Windows & Visual Studio

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It takes a lot of time to install & rebuild all dependencies and connect them 
to existing Visual Studio Project.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
Having VS solution file would significantly ease starting project that uses it 
on Windows platform.

yes, I also need the mothod to make visual studio project.
