How can i deploy stunserver and relayserver? #127

What steps will reproduce the problem?
   How can i deploy stunserver and relayserver? 
   I want use libjingle onwer stunserver and relayserver to implement p2p file trans.
   One machine must Start two processes of stunserver and one relayserver process?
   I only have one public internet address, can i deploy ?
   Must Have Two public internet address?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win7 VS2010

Please provide any additional information below.

You can use separate ports for stunserver and relayserver processes.
