Where to get latest GIPS Lite #60

Where to get latest GIPS Lite, I have downloaded one from internet(very older 
one) but its gips_.GIPSVE_Init function always return -1;

BTW, I have seen a lot of blog messages about this but no proper answer,

GIPS Lite is no longer a part of libjingle.
