What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. try to build the call application
2. fatal error LNK1104:cannot open the file 'gipsvoiceenginelite.lib'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
call application should build

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

libjingle-0.4.0. Windows XP
Please provide any additional information below.

The new version of libjingle does not use gipslite.
