i am building libjingle0.5.1 for android. scons script looks like Android.mk 
and i find some code about android.

We don't support building libjingle for Andriod. You may be able to find some 
Andriod related keywords in the source code, but there is no guarantee that 
it'll work. If you can find a way of building it for Android, please send it 
back. We'll be able to patch it in the future update.
