change some env from secrets to variables

GitHub Secrets在创建后无法查看值，而Variables可以。对于不太重要的环境变量，可以放到Variables中，以便后续进行修订。

谢谢建议，不过全部放在GitHub Secrets里面使用步骤相对简单，暂时不会合并此功能
