Describe Pull request

added bi-directional staff chat (messages from discord staff channel <-> fiveM staff chat messages)
add discord webhook logging export (think qb-logs)
Refactored and added to config to be more clear
remove command versioning
converted bot into class
added addon support
relicensed under CC-BY-SA-NC-4.0
