Remove code highlighting from the header #40

Hi ,

This will fix the headers shown in white in the documentation.

@harikt Actually... we import the files under modules/ from the various modules under zfcampus themselves (look at the Makefile and bin/fetch_module_readme_files.php to see how we do this). As such, can you submit PR against the various zfcampus README.md files instead, please? (Sorry for not pointing that out yesterday... was busy with the release, and forgot this detail!)

Hm. I noticed the two. But didn't asked for you mentioned to send PR against this.

I will address when I get some time for the other needs more work. I don't have trouble if you are doing it your self :) .

@harikt I updated all README files from all modules, pulled in the changes into this repo, and have re-deployed. I also found the contrast issue you reported (the white on white or white on light), and have fixed it in the CSS; you may need to do a force-refresh in your browser to see it when you visit the page.
