Problem Details for HTTP APIs released v05 #11

Media type change from "application/api-problem+json" to "application/problem+json".
Problem details object member "problemType" was renamed from "problemType" to "type".
Problem details object member "httpStatus" was renamed from "httpStatus" to "status".
Change RFC URI

If this changes have sense I could create pull requests for each project in zfcampus that depend on zf-api-problem. Then we could merge this pull request just when the other changes are ready to avoid break anything.

@gsc-frank There's nothing to change in the other repos, to my knowledge. I'll test each, however, after merging this.
