Sidebar displays incorrectly on initial load when default version does not match latest

Steps to reproduce

• Create an API
• Add a service of any type to that API
• Add a new version for the API
• Add a new service of any type to the API
• Set the default API version to version 1
• Refresh the browser

  What should happen

The sidebar should always default to the latest version, as that is the only editable version. In doing so, all services available to that version should be displayed in the sidebar

What was observed

• The version dropdown next to the API properly shows the latest version.
• The link for the API itself properly links to the API at the latest version.
• The services displayed, however, are for version 1, and the URIs have a mix of the appropriate API version, but the version 1 variant of the service.

If you select version 1 from the select next to the API in the sidebar, the sidebar corrects itself.
