Vagrant machine name conflict #108

Clone this repository. Issue vagrant up. Issue vagrant suspend. Clone this repository to a different directory. Issue vagrant up and receive:

==> default: Forwarding ports...
    default: 80 => 8080 (adapter 1)
    default: 22 => 2222 (adapter 1)
==> default: Running 'pre-boot' VM customizations...
A customization command failed:

["modifyvm", :id, "--name", "local.puphpet"]

The following error was experienced:

The old Vagrant configuration would name a box like sso-social-oauth2-user_default_1434836693364_43249

An related but separate issue: sqlite is not installed by default

This repository has been closed and moved to laminas-api-tools/api-tools-skeleton; a new issue has been opened at https://github.com/laminas-api-tools/api-tools-skeleton/issues/18.
