README fixes:
- added notes about zf-component-installer
- use stable version instead of dev
- short array syntax
Converted LICENSE to md file.
Added CONDUCT.md.
Updated CONTRIBUTING.md to follow current developing process.
Added coveralls configuration:
- coverage badge in README
- composer scripts for coverage
- updated travis configuration + run tests over PHP 7.1 and PHP 7.2 and dropped HHVM support
Changed PHPCodeSniffer to zendframework/zend-coding-stadnard
Updated badges to SVG images and branch master
PHPUnit updated to ^5.7 || ^6.3
