Closes #16.

Boosting implementation is still pending. Tests have been updated accordingly.

Should be ready. I don't see where the conflicts are, @mayou36 can you check?

I prefer it this way. I don't think we even need to provide a helper, as we do anyway the boosting inside if requested.
