Pull contacts on auth #122

When a user authenticates, grab the contacts from that network

BLOCKED: For twitter, when I call Twitter::Client with user specific credentials, I get Uninitialized Constant Identity::Twitter. I need to know how to avoid this ruby inheritance.

Restarting the server because I messed with initializers did the trick. Rookie :) In pull request #139
