Twitter Auth Bug

Bug when authing with twitter from another browser:

• Marc auths with another service on his phone
• Marc then auths with twitter from his laptop (inputs the same email)
• there are now 2 users with marc's email. and he is logged in as the second one.

Need to figure out a way for this not to happen.
