Add modules spl and zfs back to the build #118

The spl.ko and zfs.ko modules were left out of the build due to the directory restructure. This commit adds them back.

Description

How Has This Been Tested?

Created .deb files and ran: dpkg -c kmod-zfs-4.15.0-54-generic_0.8.0-1_amd64.deb | grep spl.ko to verify the modules are now included in the packages
