zfsutils conflicts with zutils #91

The zutils package already in distribution provides a /usr/share/man/man1/ztest.1.gz file that conflicts with zfsutils. Similarly, the /bin/ztest and /sbin/ztest files are potential future conflicts.

This glitch persists into the Xenial series, but ZoL was imported to main, which gives it precedence.
