The PPA is carrying /etc/zfs/zdev.conf support for sites that went into production before the 0.6.1 release. Add a debconf that automatically converts this obsolete configuration file to the new /etc/zfs/vdev.conf syntax.

Closing for lack of necessity. This ticket was missed during the latest release, but only affected a few users.
