Correct KeyGen, importing pools sets feature flags #11

The keygen algorithm has been implemented to RFC2898, as to be compatible with Solaris. Merged feature-import branch, as default pool is v5000, so support of v30 makes no difference to users. Allows Solaris pools with encryption to be imported.
