zgemma h7s i czarny moduł CI+ECP CANAL+ #103

Witam.Jest problem z poprawnym działaniem tego modułu w h7s.Na niektórych kanałach np.polsat hd,polsat2 hd,tv4,tv6 dźwięk jest zniekształcony,przerywany,szarpany taka jakby czkawka.Jest szansa na wyeliminowanie tego problemu?Sprawdzone zostało to na dwóch różnych zgemmach h7s i dwóch różnych modułach canal+ CI+ECP.Kolega sprawdzał ten moduł na h9twin i tam działa poprawnie.Nie ma problemów z dźwiękiem.Sprawdzone na różnych softach OATV,PLI,HYPERION

Hello. There is a problem with the correct operation of this module in h7s. On some channels, e.g. polsat hd, polsat2 hd, tv4, tv6, the sound is distorted, intermittent, jerky, like a hiccup. Is there a chance to eliminate this problem? It was tested on two different zgemm h7s and two different canal + CI + ECP modules.A colleague checked this module on h9twin and it works fine there. No problems with sound.Tested on various OATV, PLI, HYPERION soft products

I will ask again if there is a chance to improve the operation of this module in h7s? Can you count on the manufacturer's support and take care of the problem?

Can you record the TV channel with audio problem and send us the download link. For example you can use wetransfer.com and send it to yourself and post the download link here.

If I record something from a channel where there is a problem with the sound and then play this material, the sound is ok, the problem is on several channels, e.g. polsat hd, polsat2 hd, tv4, tv6 ... while watching these stations. When I call up the TVN HD channel on the list, there is no voice in the list window (Pip), but when I turn on a large picture, the voice appears without stuttering.

@zgemma-star Do you have access to the black CI + ECP canal + module? You can check its operation in zgemmie h7s? Unfortunately, I will not record the video, because the recording from the channel, where there is a problem with the sound, is played correctly. What information do you need?

Playback and live use the same TS player. PIP or PIG is a big difference in what happens. You open a PIP window or like by Openpli the channellist and the TV screen reduce to a smaller version. Does the channel have more audio tracks? Which audio track are available. PCM, AAC, AAC-HE, AC3, EAC ?

In the sound settings, specifically the "general PCM delay", you need to set the value to 120 and the problem with the sound disappears. The module works very well in h7s. We will see how long, but so far it's ok

Please keep us uptodate and if possible upload a recording of a channel. I assume you have beside PCM track as well an AC3 track. The audio did you passthrough or downmix it. Basically do you have a soundbar which handle the audio?

There is only one audio track on the channel with the sound problem, e.g. TV6 HD MPEG Polish.H7S is connected to Samsung UE55TU8502 TV. After changing "general PCM delay" from 0 to 120 the problem with sound disappeared
