"ё" и "е" bug #111

in russian "ё" и "е" in exersices.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Sign in into account
  2. Set studying language "bulgarian"
  3. add bulgarian word to dictionary "топъл" with translation "теплый"
  4. start ru-bg exercise
  5. enter answer "тёплый" Expected result: "It is correct!" Actual result: "It is incorrect :("
