adds standard-version
adds commitlint
adds prettier
improves build size
adds a contribution doc
remove travis altogether (using github actions now)

This has been published as a prerelease. You can install it like so:

npm i postcss-critical-css@3.0.6-0

I'm going to leave this open for a few days, in case anyone wants to comment.
