Hey there!

The foxPEP patch script was designed to work on all platforms, Linux included, so you should be able to just download the latest release, and follow the installation guide within the included Read Me. It should then automatically apply its optimizations as intended with everything from Firefox, to Waterfox, to Pale Moon.
