Improve install experience

The following are issues when installing

• ~Installing using --target seems to create a lot of bloat~
• ~job_scripts weren't included with 0.9 because of no init~
• ~The example hdf5 file isn't included when pip installing~
• ~Halo files are on my personal directory, which isn't ideal~
• ~Give example of interactive job request~
• ~Jug command not found~
• ~Include --user in install command~
• ~List loaded modules and make sure user knows to load them (e.g. phdf5)~
• ~galaxy_dive is not in the setup requirements!~
• ~The pip version of verdict is botched~
• ~Mention tmux at the appropriate location~
• ~Make sure submit_linefinder.sh is executable~
• The Firefly visualization doesn't allow for custom visualization by the user
• ~Firefly cloning fails if auto-ssh isn't set up for Git (or if you don't have a git account...)~
• ~Add information on the data to the website, not just the wiki~
• ~Include some basic classifications in the visualization step~

Improved most issues. The custom visualization goes beyond this update, and will be added in the future.
