The editor is not visible on an iPhone #2

I've used the WMD editor in www.picowiki.com which is great when editing the 
wiki on a desktop, 
but it doesn't display on an iPhone or iPod Touch. I'll be hiding it based on 
user_agent, but I know 
many of my users would really enjoy the ease of input that WMD provides.

I'm fixing bugs in WMD while John is missing.  WMD is now hosted at github
(http://github.com/derobins/wmd/tree/master) though some of the options have 
been
removed until v2.1 comes out in mid-Feb of 2009.

I don't have an iPhone so I really can't do any development for it (if anyone 
knows
of a way I can test on an iPhone without owning one please message me on 
github).  I
had a friend with an iPhone have a look at it and most of the current editor 
seems to
work with the exception of the image and hyperlink buttons.  Those incorrectly 
create
the input prompt towards the top of the page instead of centered over the 
visible
area.  I'll see if I can find a way to change this but I can't make this a high
priority since I don't have an iPhone or iPod Touch to test on.  If anyone 
wants to
donate an iPod Touch, message me on github and I'll make sure WMD always works 
on it :)
