For example, when changing a vendor or an asset GL account, update any invoice postings to be at the new GL account.

This is no longer a feature that will happen. Vendor/asset GL accounts are now meant to be static. If we want any cascading effect to happen, this should be done by a manual JE once the reporting feature has been added to the GL module.
