Tell user that photos from iCloud are downloading? #134

Hi!

Awesome framework. I was wondering if there is a way to tell the user that photos from iCloud are downloading?

I ask because for example if I select a lot of pictures and all of them are in iCloud, there will be a lot of waiting time and is best to inform the user that the app is indeed working. Thanks!

This feature has not yet been implemented. I am busy with work recently :(
