UG information for quick start #8

In UG, it did not mention the part of entering name, age, gender height and weight including all the format and range for them. After the welcome page, it straightly jumped to the adding commands which may confuse user image.png

It is already clearly stated in point 5 that users have to go through a setup process to setup the required fields. The valid input range is ommited here for brevity. However, within the program itself, there are clear indications of the valid range input for each fields. There is sufficient information for the user to understand the feature as they follow through the sequential setup procedure within the program.
