Lack of formatting in certain sections #8

Open zhangchengchuan opened 3 years ago

In the UG, there were some sections that were bolded but there were some that were not. This led to some disparity because I udnerstand that important words are bolded, such as "case-insensitive" but other sections may have important words as well but were not bolded.

Example:

This had some bolding and I knew what was important/to look out for

But this had no bolding/formatting whatsoever.

I may be mistaken, and that there are no incredibly important terms in the adding/removing tags section but I believe there are some, such as "duplicates aren't allowed" , "would result in error" etc..

Team's Response

As mentioned by the tester themself, there are no incredibly important terms in the adding/removing tags section. The reason for the bolding and formatting of names in the find section was to aid the user in easily identifying why non-trivial search results would be present. E.g. when one types find al and say, Roy Balakrishnan appeared in the search results. Moreover, the properties of case insensitivity and matching exact keywords is more crucial for the find function, hence the difference in formatting.

Reason for disagreement: I disagree that "there are no incredibly important terms in the adding/removing tags section". How about "duplicate tags aren't allowed", or certain keywords like event/module in the second line of the blue box (To add or remove.... as general tags).

The section issue already affected my user experience (issue I brought up in a separate bug thread) because I failed to see the part telling me that event-hackathon is different from hackathon.
