[功能请求] FTP服务器使用root权限监听21端口 #1145

安卓上1024以下的系统保留端口需要root权限才能监听，质感文件中如果把FTP服务器的端口设为系统保留端口会报错

W System.err: org.apache.ftpserver.FtpServerConfigurationException: Failed to bind to address ::/[::]:21, check configuration

能否实现使用root权限监听21端口？
