JPEG XL support #995

The image viewer that comes with material files can't decode .jxl files. It would be great if JPEG XL support was added to the image viewer. A jxl viewer for Android is already released.

Adding to this, generating and displaying thumbnails of jxl images in the main file browser, similar to when other images are listed, would also be greatly beneficial for users to identify the contents of the image without having to open it first.
