版本更新问题 #222

你好！ 优秀的同学你好！ 我之前运行你的这个包一直没有任何问题，后来seurat我重新下载了一个4.3.0 的，然后你的SCP 是0.4.8 的 报错说 image 请问我是需要更新SCP 还是seurat

我遇到过，我是新建了空目录做.libPaths()，重新装了一遍Seurat 4.3.0和对应版本的SeuratObject，加载之后重装了SCP

独立环境重装重新装了一遍Seurat 4.4.0和对应版本的SeuratObject，加载之后重装了SCP，还是同样的报错。SCP仅支持V5了吗，还是需要降级其中某个包呢？
