Purpose of code changes on this branch:

Adding Fixtures to ActiveJDBC to make it easier and more enjoyable to build 
robust test suites

When reviewing my code changes, please focus on:

If these would be useful to other AJ users or not. Again this was a fun little 
project for myself while refactoring all of my tests one night. I won't take it 
personally if it doesn't stand on its own.
