"None" Filter Does Not Work #101

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Don't know how to reproduce this error. I have some Projects where the "None" 
filter does not work at all. There is at least one task with at least one 
recording but the overall time is 0. When selecting a specific filter like 
"Last month" everything seems to be fine but when selecting the "None" filter 
again the overall time is 0.
It doesn't matter if a task is completed or not.
Please see attached screenshots.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?  Intel
or PPC computer?
1.3.12 (1.3.12) - Intel

Hmm, thats odd, is that task already marked as completed? Otherwise if you 
could attach your database file that would help.
