Auto Export Function Efficiency #137

The auto export CSV function is great. However, the file is written every 
minute. It is a lot more efficient to write the file only when you start/stop a 
task or quit the program.

I noticed this because I auto save to a Dropbox folder and noticed the insane 
amount of versions of the exported file.
