TT hangs when starting a task using the system menu while inactivity popup is shown

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Start a task
2. wait until inactivity popup appears
3. start a different task using the system menu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I would expect that the system menu items are disabled while the popup is 
shown. Instead, time tracker stops responding to user input.

It would be nice if the popup would be brought to front an activated if the 
system menu is opened while the popup is shown.

I use OSX's spaces, so the time tracker window (and the popup) is not always 
visible.

I cannot replicate the crash but I can see that it shouldnt behave like that.
