Program continue wants to update to the latest version #90

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Updated program to 1.3.12 using program wizard
2.Installed & Relaunched
3.Program says that it is still the old version (1.3.11) so it continues to 
suggest updating to 1.3.12 after install

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Program should detect that it is the latest version and say that no more 
updates are available.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?  Intel
or PPC computer?
Had: Time Tracker for Mac 1.3.11
Updated to: Time Tracker for Mac 1.3.12

Please provide any additional information below.
