Enable Command+W at About Time Tracker Window #99

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on "Menu > Time Tracker > About Time Tracker"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
This window can not be closed with Command+W like it can be done in most other 
applications.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?  Intel
or PPC computer?
1.3.12 on Intel

hmm, this is all OS functionality, there is no custom code that is executing 
here. Thus, I am not sure how to fix this.
