Don't force users to use PYTHON_HOME to use existing Python #40

Instead of using only PYTHON_HOME to use system's existing Python installation, 
have the wrapper check for Python in the following order
1. Embedded Python
2. MELD_PYTHON environment variable
3. PYTHON_HOME environment variable
