Alternate checkpoint download links #75

I needed to use a VPN to access MediaFire, please upload it to onedrive or google drive like most others do.

I can drop a PR with my upload links if you like.

I have a backup of the checkpoints in this Google Drive here if you'd like to take a look. I'm not sure if the repo author will have time to update this repo with alternative download links, and Google Drive may not be an option since the repo author is from China unless I'm mistaken.
