Reset AUTO mission if enabled after competion. #914

Current behavior:
stabilize, AUTO, it reaches WP 1,2,3,4(final wp) - and no matter what I do, 
(unless using groundstation) when switching back to auto, only last WP is 
active.

Desired behavior:
stabilize, AUTO, it reaches WP 1,2,3,4(final wp) - if AUTO is disabled, the 
re-selected, reset it back to WP1
