.mp3 file does not play if it has "type=" defined

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download the attached html and mp3 file to local system
2. open CEF client as:
cefclient.exe --args --off-screen-rendering-enabled
3. Open the html file in cefclient and check to see if the mp3 plays

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
mp3 file should play with "Type=" defined in the html. Currently in CEF 1650 it 
doesn't play.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CEF trunk 1650 on Win 7 and OSX Mavericks

Please provide any additional information below.
