WebRTC camera image freezes after X minutes/hours #1234

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Access WebRTC page with CEF (Xilium.CefGlue)
2. Wait X minutes/hours

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

After some period of time the camera image freezes.  Reloading the webpage 
causes the camera/image to behave normally again for a while.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

On Windows 8.

Please provide any additional information below.

I believe this is a CEF issue, but not 100% sure.  I have not had this problem 
when accessing the same page on Chrome on the same computer with the same 
camera/driver.  As reloading the page within the CEF browser fixes the problem 
this seems like it might also suggest it's not a driver issue.

I'd like to withdraw this issue.  I just observed it occurring in Google Chrome 
and not just CEF, so I now suspect it's a camera, driver, or cabling issue.
