CEF 3.1846.1637 and 3.1750.1644 have a bug on combobox control #1250

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open cef test app, visit 
https://code.google.com/p/chromiumembedded/downloads/list
2. click the combobox control
3. move the cef window(not maximiaze state),then click combobox again,we will 
see combobox did not show in the right position;
