Artifacts with certain pages in OSR mode #1253

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run cefclient with --off-screen-rendering-enabled
2. goto http://kreaturamedia.com/layerslider-responsive-jquery-slider-plugin/
3. See the artifacts in animations

When running in OSR mode, some animations have problems with redrawing (see 
example).

When in windowed rendering mode, the artifacts is not there and all works fine.

Off-screen rendering does not currently support hardware acceleration. See 
issue #1006.
